Clean hands save lives - Horoia ō ringaringa!
What do we do?
Navigating Vaccination together.
We offer Peer Support throughout Aotearoa to people with a Psychosocial Disability who are thinking of getting their Covid-19 Vaccination.
We are here to assist anyone with lived experience of mental distress and/or addiction facing barriers to COVID-19 vaccination. You do not need to have a mental health diagnosis to use this service.
Our aim is to help people navigate this process by:
· Finding the right information
· Using Supported decision-making
· Enabling comfortable access to Vaccination
· Ensuring the human rights of our people are upheld.
We are wanting to help promote equity in access of care in order to promote equitable outcomes.
You are not alone, we can do this together.
If you are wanting to talk to someone about anything to do with vaccination please call us or text us.
There will be someone available between 8am and 5pm
If you would like to talk in a zoom meeting with like minded people about vaccination please contact us to request a meeting link
Our groups are generally 10:30am and 2pm daily
